PRO-BONO
Since 2017 I have held an operational leadership role at Forest School Camps, a registered educational charity running residential outdoor experiences for young people and disabled adults, staffed entirely by volunteers. For nearly ten years I have owned the full volunteer management cycle at these events - recruitment, induction, training, safeguarding, onsite leadership, welfare, and post-event review - leading teams of up to 40 people in the delivery of multi-day residential programmes. It is the work I have come back to year after year alongside a full commercial career.
